Need trade

I don't have alot to trade with untill GTS starts allowing me to trade my small collection of dialgas and palkias (I have 5 of each) They were my trade fodder untill GTS decided to be ******ed. I need ANYTHING male with outrage. I need to create a GOOD Garchomp, and I need outrage. Any guy, any level, hacked or not, just need it to breed a move onto my gibbles. Dittos and heracross are possible traders (among other things, those are just fairly wanted items on GTS) I have no shineys, but CAN come into the posession of a shiney Shellos if that would be a good trader.
