The Brick Break TM can be found in one of the houses in Sootopolis, I think...

as for the Apprentice, I have the American one, so I don't know. I honestly can't find my apprentice... I've only seen her once(last game, it was a guy who I saw ALL the time... this game, I've only seen the girl once).
