When u use the pokemon vitamins how much EVs does it give for that 1 stat

10 evs each vitamin.

Yes, 10, but be sure to give vitamins before doing any EV training in that stat. They must be the first 100 points (10 vitamins) in the stat. See the Help Thread for more info. It is explained very clearly there.
