Very Interesting. The only thing that I would have changed was who your attributed that line too. I think Weaver King would have been the best choice. Other than that, it is good.

The reason I chose Volrath was simple, Slivers came to the Magic world in Tempest. So its like paying tribute to the fallen leader of Rath.

Also, Volrath holds many secrets... especially the secret of the king of slivers!
