Serebii Joe knows how to unlock the Gold and Silver Cards witch unlock Electrive and Magmortor to transfer to Diamond and Pearl. This Thread is to discuss on how it is possible to obtain them. He said it was obscure and no event was needed. They are not in game and he said but also he said later they are in game so Wifi is the best possibility.
