So, I was sorta thinking... Metagross, Salamence/Latios, Snorlax, Slaking/Blaziken, Vaporeon, and Regice.

although phazing is important i would still use ice beam > roar on suicune because otherwise you have no reliable CBmence counter. rock slide does at least 86% to regice, and OHKOs-2HKOs everything except suicune, who can't do anything back except roar it away. Your best bet currently is to paralyze it. on marowak, use double-edge over sub and get it up to at least 177 speed. Youl should also have a status taker, so i recommend making regice into a stalk variant.

Interesting choices, I'll have to think about those. I don't use resttalking, but it does work nicely, sometimes. As for Mence... I could go Ice Beam on Cune, instead of Surf.

Its necessary to have a STAB attack on Suicune because otherwise things like Metagross who shouldn't be touching Suicune at all would beat it. Another thing is that without a reliable Sleeptalker, something like Breloom could come in easily on Gyarados (since both attack are NVE) and Suicune and fire away with Spores or Focus Punches.

Taunt on Gyarados. By the way, there IS the Sleep Clause-I do build my NB team around the Clauses(cuz for some reason, I can't play with them off...), so...

I'll think about Regice as a SleepTalker, but that gets rid of the Focus Punch thing. Then again... I don't really need FP, do I? Yeah, but no. :)

This Gyarados is pretty nice. I've got 249 speed, but after 1 Dragon Dance, I've got 374 speed, making my Gyarados faster than anything like Alakazam or Sceptile or Dugtrio(Those 3 have a MAX of 372). Having 374 attack is also nice, and that still lets me have 352 HP. Most people that I know of use HP: Flying-forget that... HP: Rock. Way better choice, in my opinion. Does more damage to flying types, and EQ hits almost everything that HP: Flying does, for 5 base damage less... Taunt rocks. I love how annoying it is...

Medicham, when Adamant, has 480 attack(240 + Pure Power)... making it the strongest pokemon in the game(with a Choice Band, it has 720 attack), besides Deoxys-F. Focus Punch gets STAB and I've been getting pretty good with SubPunching... Shadow Ball's an awesome move, and Rock Slide's there to take care of Mences. The Liechi berry kicks in after the 3rd substitute, so that's a plus in my favor. I might go back to a White Herb, just for Salamence/Gyarados/Tauros switch-ins, but maybe not.

My own little slice of chaos, the SubPunchRegice. Not my idea, originally, but WOW does it work! Mainly to take care of Blissey, this thing can do more than just that, but still, it helps out. Having T-Wave there helps me control speed, and because most of my team is low on speed, Thunder Wave helps me out a LOT.

Slaking isn't reaching its true potential as a mixed sweeper. Yawnpunching doesn't work because it won't be able to Focus punch immediately after the Yawn.

That Lax isn't good. Bellylax requires speed baton passed to sweep, and Rock Slide as the only attack has poor coverage. Metagross can go in and explode, Swampert can go in and roar, Claydol can blow up, etc. Replace it with a Sleep Talker if you're keeping REgice the same; in game battles necessitates it. Heracross would be good.

I don't like that Regice for an in game team because in FRLG Blisseys are rather uncommon (seriously have you ever tried training a Blissey all the way to lvl 100 without the wi-fi level set). You could make it a Sleep talker, or something along the lines of ice beam/thunder(bolt)/rest/twave or toxic or rest.

If you're so concerned about Skarmories that you'd go FB on Slaking, it'd be easier to modify your team so the other pokes can hurt it. Metagross can learn TPunch, Mence has FThrower, Lax can FB. A CB Focus Punch from Slaking will 2hko any Skarmory, as will FB, so it's kinda a waste. Besides, not many in game people will be using skarmory.

Since Gross is CB'd, it can't function well as a defensive wall, and Vappy can't wall Normal/Flying, so I'd say put something like Skarm/Steelix/Regirock over Slaking. Steelix would be optimal as they could fill in the role of a Phazer leaving Vappy to Wish/Sub pass, which supports Mence and Metagross better; Additonally, Steelix has that useful rock resist; Metagross, again, can't heal itself.

Your team specializes somewhat in surprise, so build on that by putting Brick Break on Mence, over Crunch or DClaw; make it Naughty, with at least 270 speed and split the rest into offenses however you see fit. That way, you could disorientate the opponent into a guessing game as to what switch in they should utilize. Therefore, try to scout the enemy's team a bit before revealing your poke's set. Because of this switching, toxic or spikes can help. Since you're not spiking, maybe try and fit Toxic onto Vappy and/or Regice.

On a final note, I don't think that Sludge bomb is necesarry on Metagross; the only things that Sludge bomb will hit harder than Meteor mash are Sceptile (which dies to MM anyway), Vileplume (gets 2hko'd), Bellossom and Sunflora (which you proabaly won't need to worry about). Replace it with Rock slide or even Thunderpunch.

Yeah, it's Battle Frontier. Blissey is common, as is Ludicolo and Sceptile and the likes. Slaking with Focus Punch will do well, because they rarely switch out in the BF.

Fire Blast was meant to just be there to damage physical walls. It had nothing to do with Skarmory, although that is a nice idea.
