Ok how do I find codes to make my own Pokemon with IV's, Ev's, Natures, Level's Ect.

You want pokesav. It's a seperate program that generates codes for custom pokemon for use on the Action Replay. There's already a thread or two on it.

I can't find english versions. But I was thinking about it and id rather just keep my stuff unhacked, I like tourney play and I don't want to get banned.

then you hack them legitly, like most of us do.

basically, you give them the correct stats for their level, distribute only 510 EVs, hit "Max Stats" rather than typing in your own, etc.
