Ok, My Friend LOVES the 00bers. Namely, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, and Mew. So...He is using the following pokemon on a team:

Mew-Thunder, Psychic, Blizzard, Hyper Beam
Lugia-Aeroblast, Recover, Hydro Pump, Psychic
Ho-oh-Sacred Fire, Recover, Ancientpower, Giga Drain
Mewtwo-Psychic, Recover, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
Dragonite-Thunder Wave, Hyper Beam, Outrage, Blizzard
Tyranitar-Crunch, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Outrage

Now, those sets are guesses. However, he doesn't really get EVs and IVs. He is using sets and strategy that got him through RBYGSC. Bleh, I gave him warning but he doesn't like to listen. My Advantage is that I KNOW he will lead with T-Tar. My team:

Cacturne@Brightpowder

I know..=/

He doesn't listen to me because those sets and pokemon got him through RBYGSC...I told him most of those sets don't work in Ru/Sa/Fr/Lg/PC...After this battle I BET he will listen to meh! XD

your friend is well st00pid, but once you crush him i bet he'll listen

your team looks pretty good

Caturne is really good, do you mind if i use that set

on Steelix drop Counter for Rock Slide/HP: Steel

use this set for Tentacruel
@Leftovers
Subsitute
Confuse Ray
Surf/Ice Beam
Protect
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 Hp, 252 SpDef, 6 SpAtk

for Claydol make his Nature Careful

on Zangoose use Quick Attack over Return

Give Sceptile HP: Water in stead of Fire

I wanna see the look on your face when he loses

Cacturne is good.

252 HP 128 defense, even if you're not going to leave him against a special attacker, HP will still help him more than defense, because you can dramatically increase his HP while proportionally the defense boost won't be as much.

Tentacruel should use the Barrier+Mirror Coat combo whenever possible. Max HP, enough special defense to survive Thunderbolt from whatever you fear most, the rest in defense or special attack.

Claydol looks okay.

STABed Return does more than a super-effective Aerial Ace. Or Brick Break. Return is a staple move on Zangoose.

Sceptile needs maxed speed, always.

252 is Maxed...255 has 3 more EV points...however it takes 4 to gain 1 stat point. So Sceptile's Speed is maxed....or do you mean with nature? That would make sense. Timid nature I suppose? I'm not sure so clearify before I make the final plans Fallen Ronin. Thanks all!

Yes, Timid. Or, if you decide to TecH on Focus Punch (for killing Regice and Blissey, the two most popular special walls), Hasty or Naive.

I don't consider Mew an 00ber, shoot me. However, I suggest you use a s...l...o...w... Ky00ber to negate Sand Stream and kill his team. It's only fair...
Brick Break over AA on Zangoose. You may want to replace BB or Shadow Ball with Quick Attack.

A STABed Return does more than a super-effective Brick Break.
