i think it very good for but lose Special Rend and get something that is more Transformer theme

Special Rend = Opening the Warp Gates.

Can't really think of many other Transformers-themed moves.

Flash Cannon would be good, I suppose. Don't want to sound corny, but Protect might fit, since that what the Autobots do.

There's also Charge Beam for Prime's gun, and Mega Punch/Focus Punch for his fighting abilities. After all, "NEVER!".
