have a quick questoin about ev training

today i did my evs on my begon.252speed and 252 attack and 6 hp. now my begon is a salamence at lv 60 and it has 193 hp will i ever have 6 hp when i am at lv 100

The whole point of EV training is to increase stat growth. Why in the world would you want a level 100 Salamence with 6 points in HP?

Your salamence will probably have around 312 HP when it's level 100.
