when u unlock all characters do u have to do missions,story,etc. to get there ougis and jutsu on v.s mode? or do they just come with

well heres a cheat ligthning~snake~rat~dragon it unlocks all chrecters.

to unlock there move to customize u do have to do story it could be as simple as talk to kakashi in hot spring and he ask you to look for photo and bam right there a pic of naruto being 1000 yrs of death bam now he thought to you.
or the nara clan and there cheating father always getting kicked out and you have to find flowers for him to get back with his wife
