That first moveset is for a Modest Mewtwo. A Special Attack oriented Mewtwo.

The Adamant Mewtwo moveset is just one that I came up with because I had an Adamant Mewtwo and wanted to try it out. It was really just for fun and to surprise my friends.

Use the first moveset, with a Modest Mewtwo.
