I don't feel like listing my EVs but PLEASE suggest them. I also need help on making Carurumpt and Poliwrath. I have not developed any movesets for it or anything yet so I could use some asisstance for that.Thanks for any suggestions.

Ok, IMHO, Sableye, Camerupt, and Granbull aren't exactly very good pokemon. By all means, however, if they are your faves use them. Rain Dance AND Sunny Day will kill your team. Lose one. Nuff Said.
