And if it weren't for that Knock Off on my Heatran, could've 1HKOed Garchomp, then my Heracross could've killed Tangrowth with Megahorn.

It didnt matter if it was a critical hit on blissey or not. Garchomp had choice band so regardless he could have OHKO blissey anyways

No it won't, I noticed it had Choice Band. Unlike many other Blisseys, my Blissey have 252 HP had 252 Def EVs. That Outrage[270 power with Choice Band] should only do about 90% damage.
