You can only do it with an action replay and if you have that there is a code somewhere just search.

If you look on my Code 'n' Checklist thread you'll find the PC Duplication code. Hope that helps. :)
I'll post it here anyway, but please check the list from now on.
Pokémon in PC:*
9206B31E 00001808
0206B320 FB3EF7FB
94000130 FFF30000
0206B320 46C046C0
D2000000 00000000
*: "For now this code is a bit 'dangerous', meaning if you don't follow the instructions the game may freeze up. Enter the PC, and -if it's not already in there- put in a box the Pokémon you wanna duplicate or put aside from your six team slots. Make sure you have at least one free slot on your pokemon team before moving on. Now go in the 'Move Pokémon' menu, press A on the Pokemon you wanna move, so the list of choices appear, and then put the cursor on 'move' (it should be there by default), press 'Select+Start' while pressing A to take the Pokémon (at the same time), and while the Pokémon is 'in your hand', press L and then R at the same time (to refresh the box) and voilŕ: your Pokémon will be duplicated (it'll be in the box, and in the hand). Not refreshing the box by moving to the box to the duplicated pokemon, dropping the Pokémon somewhere and trying to take the duplicated Pokémon WILL freeze up the game. You must return to the box with the duplicated pokemon, and it'll work. Now that the box has been refreshed you can drop the Pokémon anywhere, and repeat the process as much you want."
My Note: This is a really easy code in my opinion. So easy, I've never had my game freeze when using it, so you won't have a problem. It's one of my favorites as well, and much easier than the 2% chance on GTS cloning.

i know another way to clone pokemon. Go to GTS. put a pokemon up for trade. when it says "checking GTS's status" turn off the game on the eight time around the clock. turn it back on. there should be a blue screen. then you load the game check your party and there is the pokemon u cloned. go in gts and if you did it right it should say "summary" get ur pokemon back then u have 2 of em. it worked for my 100 raquaza. PS It might take a few tries

Why try 100 times to make that work when AR makes a 100% clone everytime?

Maybe someone doesn't have an AR, but wants a clone anyways. If all I wanted was a clone pokemon, I could save $20 by using BlazikenDiamond's method.
Don't get me wrong -- I'd just use the AR, too. BD's method seems too fraught with peril. If there's a pokemon I want to have two of, I'd rather not try to duplicate by hoping for what amounts to a transporter accident.
