Slaking
@Scope Lens/Choice Band
Return
Earthquake
Shadow Ball
Brick Break
Nature: Admant
EVs: 252 Atk, 70 SpDef, 188 Hp/Spd
Alakazam
@Not Sure
Skill Swap
Safe Guard
Psychic
Subsitute
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Spd, 252 Hp, 6 Whatever
replace Sub with Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch if it doesn't protect both him and Slaking

I'd suggest Latias as the Skill Swapper actually, then he's protected from Ground. The other 3 moves should be Light Screen, Safeguard, and Helping Hand. Latias should be faster than Slaking. On the first turn, use a non-Skill Swap move depending on who you're facing. On the second turn, use Skill Swap (before Slaking attacks). This way, you can use EQ without damaging Latias on the first turn.

Medicham would be the best Skill Swapper for this...

Yep, if he could just learn Skill Swap he'd make for an 00ber Slaking.

I actually used a Skill Swap chain once to get Pure Power onto Slaking. And I think Scizandor (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) did the same thing with Ninjask.

Xatu or Gengar (if Gengar can learn Skill Swap). Because of these reasons
1. Xatu and Gengar, uneffected by Ground moves, which could hurt slaking
2. Xatu and Gengar, uneffected by Fighting moves. (Xatu is a Psychic, so it's resistant to it, but doesn't mean they can't hurt it)
3. They both have the speed to Help Slaking out. A Fast Slaking spells disaster for a lot of pokemon ^_^
Alakazam is too Fragile, he would die in one hit. Even if he did Skill Swap and Safeguard.
(THank you Gamefreak for that idea, it does work well)
You could use Dusclops or Banette, but Banette is kinda bad. (he's UU). If you can't get Gengar, yet

Your best bet would be either Xatu, Gengar, or Dusclops (Dusclops = OK Defense) (I'm not an expert in this...)

Wow i never thought of that strategie before but it sounds really good, that wuold make slaking a great pokemon since hes useless in singles i thought he was a useless pokemon.

Slaking is a totally awesome Choice Bander. And if you're a risk taker you can abuse Hyper Beam.

s-c-i-z-a-n-d-o-r, yep, that seems right.
I used ninjask to bp sd to him and used claydol to skill swap speed boost to him. with a liechi, endure, and flail, he is evil
the complete set was the standard bping ninjask and this:
slaking@liechi
adamant
252 att, 128 hp, 128 spdef
flail
endure
return (never deposited or traded him, and only fainted once ever)
shadow ball
claydol@quick claw
252 def, 252 spdef, 4 hp
light screen
reflect
skill swap
rapid spin (for spikes)

now wait a sec scizandor, how did you pull that off? how did you BP SD to slaking and skill swap speed boost onto him? wouldn't you need 3 pokemon on teh field at a time to accomplish that?
