Creature - Sliver
Rules Text: All Slivers have "T: Target opponents creature must block this attacking permanent if able, this ability can be played only once each turn and only during your turn."
Flavor Text: It's irresistible.

EDIT- Sorry, I'm very bad at first impressions.
Anyway. I changed "Target attacking creature attacks this permanent" to "Target opponents creature must block this attacking permanent if able" As well as changing it to a 2/2 sliver.

So it's basically Provoke?

On top of that, creatures that attack immediately become tapped. They have to have Vigilance as well in order for this one to even work.

I think that'd work right.

It'd still be near worthless, as a blocker is by default untapped.

Whether i turn it into a controlled Phasing is another story.

Impulse Sliver 3U

All slivers have, "TAP: This creature phases out until end of turn".
(Slivers retain this ability even when Impulse Sliver is phased).

When Impulse Sliver leaves play, remove it from the game.

Impulse sliver is basically Frenetic Sliver/Frenetic Efreet, without the coin flip or sacrifice effect o.o

Erm... UUU does restrict it's use greatly, but one a 2/2 that's still a bit too cheap. 1/1 would be better.
