Hey, you might know me from the Naruto Trade Forums or the WoW trade forums (though I havent been on much lately), but I'm thinking of starting up the Bleach TCG.

I just wanna know what your opinions are about this game. Even though I'm only 14 I'm kind of a "veteran" in TCGs in the sense that I've played a lot of em (YGO, Naruto, ZB, DM, Magic, WoW). I like games that have a lot of balance and arent completely broken, if you know what I mean.

So help a guy out and give me your opinions please!

Bleach TCG is one of the most balanced games at this point, there is only one overpowered card in the first set, which is okay.

There is a lot of variety of decks, but you might see Hollow Swarm decks more often rather than Student Control or Soul Reaper decks, etc.. out there.

I like it, so you should to :P.

If you're a fan of the anime/manga then chances are you will become a fan of the TCG. The game is fairly balanced and for now it won't break the bank. The action is fast and fun and the fact that drawing energy isn't random provides more control to the player. Although we can all agree that Menos Grande decks will be numerous, variety is alive and well.

Bleach is simple to learn, fun to play, and affordable. I very much enjoy playing Bleach and hope it stays around for awhile.

The Bleach TCG is the funnest game I played to date and I played alot of card games. It's very balanced and has an good mechanics such as the energy deck being in seprete deck and that no cards are dead draws becuse you can use it to boost in battle. Alos the games are fairly cheap 30$$ for a 12 packs stater and walmart carrys them for 3.29 a pack which is 40 cents cheaper then Naruto.

Also the wrapper redemption makes packs worth buying becuse you can exchange the points for good alt art promos such as narrow escape and reality check. The starters are actually worth buying in this game to becuse it includes 2 packs.

The Bleach TCG is alot like Inuyasha and Magic, but it mostly plays alot like Inuyasha If you've ever played that TCG before which I have.

It's a pretty balanced TCG If you ask me, and it's fun to play as well. Bleach games can either go slow or mid-fast depending how long you play, I know the Naruto CCG is more fast paced than the Bleach TCG is.

The current metagame looks like that Hollow Rush with Chad, Grand Fisher, or Menos Grande as the Guardian is pretty dominant over Student and Soul Reaper Decks right now.

I'm with you Koovo I hope this game stays around really long, depending how my meta holds up at least.

I would not say Hollow rush and Chad is dominant becuse all decks have a good shot at winning as well.

Yeah, I really want Hitsugaya and Gin. Alot of people were playing it at A-kon 18 (Dallas, TX). Score had a nice booth there, and several dealers were selling the cards.

I have not started yet, but from the rulings I read and watching the demo, it seems fairly easy to play and very balanced as well. Naruto has the APW and it is very broken.( I beat an APW deck in the tournament yesterday and I didn't run APW!).

I'd say try it out and get people to play it. Then see if you like how it plays or not. That's what I intend on doing. I just hope this game can take off like Naruto did.

The Bleach TCG is alot like Inuyasha

I noticed that! The power values and stuff on the cards resemble a lot like Inuyasha TCG.

Anyways, yeah I'm a pretty big fan of the anime/manga. I have volumes 1-12 (havent gone to Barns and Nobles lately...), I pretty much have been interested in it since its preview in Shonen Jump a couple years ago. So I think I'll like this game. Especially since a lot of you say its balanced. I love it when a balanced game comes a long.

Yeah, I really want Hitsugaya

I'm right there with ya. He kicks @$$.

Well so far I like it really well. I have played multiple games every day, and I'd say it is also a very easy game to pick up and learn. I would say definately in my top 3 favorite card games. And yay for hitsugaya!

Don't fret! They'll probably show up at AnimeFest too since I think they're a Texas based company.
