where is team magma

yeah i just got the game because i like these pokemon games but anyway i am terrible at finding things and what i need right now is to find team magma they just stole captain stern (is that his name) submarine i then went to lilycove city and got into their base
i finished the base and the team leader escaped on the sub and i am suposed to find them again
one of my friends told me it was on a cave underwater but since he has sapphire and i have ruby he wasn't that specific nor helpful

please tell me where i can find team magma if you could give me the city or route as acurate as you can be if you can

PS: latest findind an underwater chamber that says "sealed chamber" on route 134 there are a lot of stone with dots carved on them (also do not know what to do here)

Did you get the masterball out of the base?If you haven't,don't advance(storyline-wise) in the game until you do!If you do,the base will seal and bye-bye masterball!
