I said -move
+ another move

So if you apply those changes, it's:
Thunderbolt
Earthquake
Cross Chop
Ice Punch

Gengar:
Accuracy > Power = Thunderbolt > Thunder.
Dream Eater sucks. They'll most likely switch on sleep.
Not to mention there's sleep clause.
Sludge Bomb is strong, but hits only ONE type for super effective. That sucks.

She doesn't need TWO water moves, and Pump is inaccurate while Pulse is weak.

Flamethrower is already better than heat wave and has the same type, so no use for it.
Confuse Ray is Eh, they'll just switch.

sum of the things i agree on that you are saying but.... wats a sleep clause? if its sumthing real important i have played by that rule b4 on wifi.... and thunder is on gengar becuz of his wide lens it hits most the time lol. and on Ninetales has heat wave becuz its is better to me cuz heat wave hits both pokemon if in double battle does 100dmg and 95 acc. and flamethrower hits 1 pokemon and has 95dmg and 100acc. so i kinda like heat wave better and it took awhile to get my ninetales to learn heat wave while it was a volpix lol.

and i like making my opponent switch out it doesnt hurt me its hurts them lol. but dream eater does suck ill get rid of that and ill get rid of water pulse for surf and give my electivire cross chop and thunderbolt
