Suggestions, please? On a last member and any of my current moves/EVs or just plain Pokemon choices... For the last one, maybe a Passer or Cleric?

No on that Spiritomb, Higurashi-boy.

If you go ShadowSneak, that leaves you with only physical attacks.. with calm mind..

If you go Calm Mind, better yet got Nasty Plot.

I'd use the following, which is what my EV trained has [save Will-o-Wisp]:

Spiritomb@Leftovers
Bold
252 HP 136 Sp.Attack 116 Def

Dark Pulse
Hypnosis
Will-o-Wisp
Pain Split

Great moveset. At worst, you can ditch Will-o-Wisp for Scheme or Calm Mind if you're really picky about the Sp.Def.

You can't use Bond if you're going always second.

Togekiss:
No. Going 252 Speed with TWave is stupid.
Here's mine:

Togekissu@Leftovers
Modest
220 HP 252 Sp.Attack 32 Speed

Air Slash
Thunderwave
Wish
Aura Sphere

NOTHING in the entire game save Zapdos and Rotomu can resist both of these moves, and Grass Rope won't help EITHER.

Second option:

Togekiss@Choice Scarf
Modest
252 Speed 252 Sp.Attack 4HP

Air Slash
Tri Attack
Aura Sphere
Grass Rope

Blastoise and Meganium both blow.

Your specific Blastoise is doing too much there.
Aqua Ring blows.
IMPISH with Ice Beam?

Blatoise@Leftovers
Bold
252 HP 176 Sp.Attack 76 Def

Ice Beam
Surf
Rapid Spin
Focus Punch

May want to help his attack stat, though, by going Brave nature with 76 Attack EVs.

Meganium - Impish again?

They both really, really suck.

Also, your team is pretty slow - no real sweeper here.

Blastoise @Leftovers
Impish
Haze
Rapid Spin
Aqua Ring
Ice Beam
252HP/126DEF/126S.DEF
If you can help it, Quiet or Brave would be better. Also, why Rapid Spin? In a 3-3 battle, you most likely wont see Spikes played much at all. I suggest Aqua Tail or Waterfall.

Added three more, ditched Blastoise and Meganium - Blastoise clearly is meant to be a bulky water, due to its stats...

I took your advice on Togekiss and Spiritomb, but Roost over Wish. Roost is better, eh. The sweeper option would probably be better for me, but I'll never be able to get a Tri-Attacking Togepi, so, eh.

As for Spiritomb, I again took your advice, but why Hypnosis and Will-o-Wisp? Seems redundant. So, Calm Mind over Hypnosis, eh.

Blastoise is gone now anyway... these aren't actually meant for 3-on-3, I just couldn't think up another 3 to have at the time of posting. Should've made that clear, I guess.

Just like Gengar. Hypnosis then Wisp the switch.
Sleep clause's a *****.

You could try Scheme over Wisp though.

Rhyperior:
Nah. Arm Hammer hits only normal types.
Avalanche.
252 HP 252 Attack

Skarmory@Leftovers
Impish
252HP 252 Def 4 Sp.Def

Roost
Spikes
Stealth Rock
Whirlwind

This set is really aggressive in the sense that he can't really DO anything.

Skarmory@leftovers
Impish
252 HP 176 Attack 76 Def

Drill Peck
Whirlwind
Roost
Spikes/Stealth Rock

Sceptile@Leftovers
Timid

Substitute
Leech Seed
Energy Ball
Dragon Pulse/Whatever

As for Togekissu, Wish provides team support.
