Simple, the title says it all. For me, I hope Frank Darabont directs one. If you have seen the Shawshank Redemption, the Green Mile and the Majestic, then you'd know how sufficently he uses the 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Plus, he's make belivable characters and a great film.

So, you do YOU want to direct a Harry Poter film?

I know I'm going to get some bad feedback but...
I'd like to see Peter Jackson try Directing a future Harry Potter movie, just to see if he could.

I'd like to see James Cameron direct either Ootp . He'd make the thing really action-packed and plus i love the 1st two Terminator movies and the big wallop that was Titanic.

EDIT:
Another director that i would like to see is TIM BURTON. I mean, think about it. the WB should try to at least get him to work on the film.

Britney Spears, myself, or Frank Loyde Write...

Hmmm...

I liked Christapher Colombus... He had some really good things... And some things that needed to be improved... Our last direction, the Mexican guy, was good... I'd like to see him stay though... too bad...

Quentin Tarantino would make an AWESOME director for the harry potter movies. Just think of what he could do with Hermione alone...

Must... suppress... impure... thoughts...

He would probably make them as confusing as hell. Although I agree with Charninja.

Are you freaking kidding? Tarintino would turn the wizard battle towards the end of the 5th book into a 40 minute monologue or some stupid crap like that.

Spielberg would be an interesting thought, though seeing what he does with everything, he'll take an axe and away from Rowling's eyes would slice the script in half and insert aliens. It would gross number one at the box office for a full month running. >_<

I really don't care. As far as i am concerned all the Harry Potter movies suck.

Dude then why are you here?

Uh, if Tarantino could have his way, Hermione would be walking around in a bikini, while Harry and Ron would have knives instead of wands. And all the brooms would be replaced by rifles.

I think that Alfonso should return. Chris Columbus was cool but he made the first two movies two light hearted. PoA had a more mature theme.

I have seen all the movies and therefor know a little about them if your still wondering why i came to this topic.

Tell me again why that wouldn't make the movies BETTER?

Because the storyline could be weak, the acting could be horrible and only sleezy teenage boys would like that kind of tripe.

That depends on whether or not you wanna see Emma Watson in a bikini with Dan and Rupert busting some wizard caps in everyone's ass. Lol.

I love the movie. They're fantastic - all 3 of them.

Or overanalyzing fools, aka. critics. >_<

No, Tarintino doesn't work that way, people just assume he does since he did a film with "Kill" in the title. No, the idiot does 50 minute monologues like the movie was a Broadway Thespian production and then throws in endless 70s references with always the same formula. THEN he puts in the hour of kung fu references, though only on occasion. Sometimes there's no kungfu or sword play, but rather a really long endless sequence of torture or some kind of bank heist, always ending up the same with some ridiculous twist, and then another really freakin' long monologue. Then when interviewed about the said movie, he utters "uhh" 50 times consecutively.

Let's just pray the Harry Potter movies don't slump into an endless pile of murky crap.

I say the beginning of the fourth movie should be Coulmbus and the part in the graveyard after the labyrinth should be Cuaron. That would be awesome.

hands down the best director on earth to date (mostly because he directed my favorite movie of all time... to date): Gore Verbinski

now, if god put a man on earth to direct movies then this is the man. Not to mention that he used to be a guitar player and is still an all-round cool guy who no-one would notice by face, since he's modist. (don't I sound like such an boot licker?)

Gore Verbinski (http://ia.imdb.com/media/imdb/01/I/63/77/22m.jpg)

if you do not know him, he has directed:
Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl
Pirates Of The Caribbean 2: Treasures of the Lost Abyss [I think, it's still in the making so this may change]
The Ring
The Mexican
Mouse Hunt

I think he would do the best job yet, especially when compared to this director, who did a sloppy job when it came to illustrating time. (1 was ok, 2 was the best)

I dom't really like it when people fall in love with anime or book characters but now that Hermione is on the screen as Emma, I can say Emma is very attractive. I would have no problme with the bikini thing and riding on rifles....cool...

Definitely this kid right here. Since he thinks the movies suck, I'm willing to bet he'd put a different spin on the film.

Or Tim Burton.
