Recycle

I don't go scouring old topics, so I'm not sure whether this has been covered yet. Who learns the move Recycle? I've heard of some other wierd moves that no Poke I know of in R/S learns. Probably a waste of time, but I am curious. :confused:

i do not like it either i skipped on it when my Porygon2 tried to learn it..

BTW what does icicle spear do? i know that only shellder learns it and some of the pokes that get it through breeding but i have no clue what it does or if it is any good... :confused:

Ah, I had a feeling it would be from the old Pokes. Ice Spear? That's along the lines of the wierd moves I heard of. Wonder why Recycle was mentioned in the Prima guide book, which doesn't show any other wierd moves. (I'm well aware of the Prima mistakes.)
