how come everyone hs al these kanto pokemon and stuff, did it come out or now, if it did, is it good? If it did'nt when does it come out

1. Japanese FR/LG is compatable with English RS.
2. You can edit the hex code on a ROM.
3. There is an item called "Action Replay" that can edit the hex code on the actual game cart (also ROM, but incased in a cart by Nintendo.)
4. There are online battle emulators. Including RS bot and Netbattle.

That is a matter of your oppinion. Seeing as how Red and Blue are some of the greatest games of all time, I should hope so.

In the US, it'll be coming September.
