Sleep Clause You are only allowed to put one Opponent Pokemon to sleep (or freeze) at any given time. REST DOES NOT COUNT, if you use Rest, switch, and they put another of your Pokemon to sleep, you used Rest, not the problem of your opponent.
Self KO Clause Only 1 Pokemon may use a Suicide combo (such as Explosion or a combo with Perish song). Also if you cause a double KO with an above said move on the last Pokemon standing, YOU LOSE.
Generally banned Items Focus Band, Quick Claw, Brightpowder

Staraptor has a mistake, it should never been on my team in the first place, it should be Suicune instead. Hyber Beam and Elemental Hyperbeams are simply HORRIBLE. Wasting a turn is very horrid. Giga Impact is the same.

Here's the standard Snorlax moveset seen in competitive metagame:

EVs: 252 HP; 252 SP.DEF

- Earthquake / Shadow Claw / Elemental Punch

Sorry, but I Loled in the inside on that one. Suicune used to be one of the most feared tanks in the 3rd generation. It lost some playability in the 4th generation, but is still VERY powerful. It just takes more skill to play it.

Why the $%&# does critical hits have to exist! My Suicune will kill your Heracross. Kill your Heatran even if it used Earth Power after a Close Combat from Hercross Suicune would still live. Then, it'll kill your paralyzed Alakazam. Stupid critical hits!
