Woman's key

there is this woman in the hotel things that lost her key....(north of Pastoria, south of Veilstone). I can't find the key, can somebody help?

It's outside north of the registration desk. Use itemfinder.

Ok, but can you pinpoint it at exatly, i'm having a hard time finding it even with the itemfinder

Step out of registration, take a step to your left, look up. Click and pick it up.
