No, Brave boost attack(not needed) and lowers speed(not need to be lowered). And it's trained.

So many ways to find out, it's a mechanic you need to know if you want to play competitively.

You can either buy a Strategy Book, or go to Serebii.net, the #1 Pokemon site. There are 25 Natures in total. 5 are neutral Natures(Bashful, Quirky, Serious, Hardy, and Docile), which doesn't boost or decrease any stat. I want Modest Nature because it boost S.ATK by 10% and decrease ATK by 10%. Since Palkia and Dialga are meant to be Special Sweepers, ATK is useless on them. If you need to know what are EVs and IVs, go on Serebii(too long to explain).

Dialga/Palkia is easy to catch in game, but with Tyranitar you need a lot of work to train it, ESPECIALLY if it's LV100 EV Trained Adamant.

Oh I misunderstood. But why in the world you want Modest? It should be Adamant, just because it's Fire type doesn't mean you shouldn't be taking advantage of its high ATK, instead you used its meh average SP.ATK. What's worse is the 4th Generation Physical / Special split up. Now Sacred Fire is a physical move.

About Arceus, the Pokemon itself is not hacked, the Azure Flute is. I don't know if I should traded it or not since the Ho-Oh has a horrible nature... I really don't mind natures for event Pokemon as long as it doesn't lowers its most important stat(s). You had the chance to get an Adamant one...:(

I haven't checked its IVs. It's EV trained in ATK; HP; and I believe some SPD, and since it's not a 4th generation moveset, here's the moveset:

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 ATK; 128 HP[?]; 128 SPD[?]
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide[will be replaced with Stone Edge]
- Birck Break[will be replaced with Crunch]
