If you don't mind clones I'll be able to get you a hasty female typhlosion with a sp.attack IV of 31, in a day or so, for something with pokerus.

I checked and it's hacked. Not sure if you still want it but I have two on my cartridge and nothing has really happened. It had Pkrs so it can't anymore. It's LV 100 and I trained it as a Noob so I didn't EV train.
