When u find fossils in the underground where do u bring them to get the pokemon

To the first town with a Gym (Rock gym). Take it to the building to the right of the pokemon center, to the guy at the counter (on the right).

Take them to the museum in Oreburgh. Talk to the scientist behind the counter ;)
