Changing DS Time Qs.

Yeah, so I want to change my DS's time so that I don't have to wait around 12 FREAKIN' hours for a PKMN to come to a honey tree (with honey on it OBV).
So, do I just move the clock forward by around 12 hours?
Also, after I'm done catching whatever, can I just return the clock back to normal time?
Will doing so mess anything up (such as berry growth)?

So there is no way to get Drifloon except on a Friday?

Also, then do we HAVE to wait until it's dark to use the Dusk Balls effectively?

It doesn't work for honey trees and a couple of other things.

It works for dark time and friday.
