Hello.
I have a Piplup that I never let evolve and I'm starting to wonder if it's not up to snuff. It's at lvl 35 and has atk 43, def 54, special atk 46, special def 49, and speed 36.
If I were to allow Piplup to evolve now, would the stat increase during it's next few level-ups bring it up to the stats of a normal Prinplup that was evolved on time?

Their will never be a difference in stats based on the level it evolved. Stats are based on this equation...
((((Base stat x 2 + EV/4 + IV) x level/100) + 5) x nature)
Since the base stat is always the same for every pokemon of a certain speccies, there's no way that your Prinplup would have much difference with another of the same level. The only difference can be from the way that it's been EV trained and its genes (IVs/Nature).

Thank you both
By EV training you mean the way I train the Piplup, correct? Like if I put a macho brace on it and it's atk is high but the speed is low?

Macho Brace doubles the amount of EVs it gets, no matter if that's Attack, Speed, Defense, etc.
