I like a lot of that but before I make changes I have a question. The site I use says that a few of those attacks raise a (specific stat) a stage or two stages. How much is a Stage?

for stat raising moves like Swords Dance...
1 stage = 50% increase
2 stages = 100% increase
etc. up to 6

for stat lowering like Charm...
1 stage = 67% of original
2 stages = 50% of original
etc.

When it says "sharply raised/lowered [whatever stat]", that means it's changed by two stages, otherwise it's only one stage. The only exception being Belly Drum, which automatically raises Attack 6 stages.

hey I am doing a little theme battle and need two more psychics to go along with the gallade and gardevoir I already have so here were the ones I was thinking about and need a lot of help on.

They are great, but none of them can match up to Mewtwo's 400 special attack and high speed combind with calm mind and recover, it is the bomb.

ok then forgot to mention no legendaries but I forgot about Metagross since he is origionally steel so I will look into that.
