sandstormTaunt...you have T-Tar...

I reallly am not a fan of Bastiodon.
aerodactyl @choice band
adamant pressure
EQ
stone edge
flyFly is pretty bad-Use Wing Attack or something else =/
roostWith Choice Band? -.- Try something else. Crunch, pursuit, iron head, elemental fangs, dragon claw....just something else. I would go with pursuit, but Near's suggestions are probably better.
garchomp @choice bandYou can try CB, but I don't perfer that on Garchomp. It can set up Swords Dance pretty easily. Life Orb or Lefties
adamant sand veil
dragon rush>.> Accuracy sucks like heck. Dragon claw is more stable and can still pack a punch.

Not the greatest empoleon fixer. =/ Sorry
probobass @leftovers

tyranitar @choice band

thunder fangI perfer Pursuit or Focus punch for switches. Stone Edge does the same amount of damage as Thunder Fang anyways, save Gyra, Manatine, and Pelliper.
You have 4 weaks to ground and fighting. I would completely scrap Bastiodon. and lead with the hippo, since it has the sandstorm ability.
Hippowdon@Leftovers
Impish
Stealth Rock
Slack Off
Earthquake
Stone Edge
I would also recommend Gliscor to help with your weaks.
Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Knock Off
Roost
>.> But then you would have x3 ice weaks...(although you have 3 resists)

I agree that you should just drop Bastiodon. I'd also suggest not using 3 pokemon with Choice Band.
Aerodactyl should be your CBer with this set:
Aerodactyl@Choice Band
Jolly, max Atk and Spd
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Aerial Ace
Elemental Fang/Crunch
Fly is just a horrible attack in a battle sense. I just about died when I saw Roost on your CB Aero. During the process of switching him in to heal and switching him out, you will probably maintain just as much damage as you had before if you don't just lose Aero altogether.
Tyranitar can be either a Dragon Dancer or a Sub-Puncher. Garchomp should be used for cleaning up once youve whittled down the other side.
Don't be afraid to use non-Ground/Rock/Steel pokemon if they will help your team. Remember, Leftovers counters Sandstream.

I'd suggest a Lucario Reversal-sweeper. He's immune to Sandstorm, even if he doesn't get the bonus. Also, he can cover some weaknesses.

Hippowodon:
Stealth Rock should be on every team.
Stealth Rock
Slack off
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Gliscor:
Earthquake
U Turn
Knock Off
Roost/Stone Edge
If you want swords dance then pack baton pass there.
I prefer this one though.
Garchomp - @Focus Strip/Life Orb
Empoleon:
Last slot doesn't matter, so either Ring, Protect, or Drill Peck.
Tyranitar:
Fine. I'll personally use either that, or with Jolly nature and Brick Break to murder other Tyranitars.
Probopass is useless and ugly.
If you want, you could do Magnezone,
he also gets Electro Levitate and Thunderbolt,
and he'll also be able to block Ice Attacks and do SOMETHING.
I don't really see this working so much,
with the Ice/Water weakness here, as they usually come together.
