From the Judge List:
Could you use Soul Exchange and then tribute your opponents monster with Share the Pain?

If so, can your opponent tribute the same monster that you have selected with Soul Exchange?

Answer:

1. You can use "Soul Exchange" to target an opponent's monster and then use the targeted monster to pay the cost for "Share the Pain."

2. The monster is Tributed as a cost to activate "Share the Pain." The monster will not be on the field when "Share the Pain" resolves, so it is not possible for the opponent to also Tribute it.

so with two cards, you can destroy two of the opponent's monsters for the cost of an attack.

i guess it works, but i like the original that stated "destroy" because you could set sand moth, play share the pain, and get a 2000 attacker
