Near is going to give you a LOT of crap for this.

To start off, choose Special or Physical on Each of your Pokemon, and work from there. Use Serebii as a guide.

i just got 2 pokemon that i think you should rethink Near
First is Abosnow
blizzard and focus punch are so inaccurate(focus because of the flinching and blizzard just is inaccurate) that is why i chose grasswhistle/ substitute in order to make sure the chance is higher. And while blizzard is strong its not that good for it only has 5 PP. Which its true is enough if it was always accurate but its not.

2nd Pokemon is Leafeon
I chose the option of doing Sunny Day+Solar Beam+synthesis+Baton to do a lot of combos with it and other pokemon. You can probably guess what it is but if not this is how the combo goes:

Sunny Day is always first
than either synthesis or solar beam times how many times i want to do either one
than baton pass to my charizard that i guess i will use.

I dont know is that good? Or is it to old and I got get with the times and go for what you said.

Also why do you put fire blast in so much? Isn't Flamethrower better?

Blizzard is 100% accurate in Hail, and Focus Punch is fine unless you are stupid.

By the time you do all that, Leafeon is dead and Garchomp/Tyranitar/Heracross just set up and swept your team.

You switch Heracross into Tyranitar/Umbreon/Blissey, your opponent must now switch unless they want a Pokemon to get *****, so you Focus Punch while they switch, hitting the switch in without risking the flinch.

There is also SubPunch, but I'll let you figure that one out.

When the pokemon is a:
1. Stalling to get stronger type
2. Countering/Tank type

Not to use it:
1. A fast and strong pokemon
2. Just batoned pokemon
3. OHKO pokemon
4. ANY pokemon with decent EV and is strong against it.

In accuracy, yes, however, the power of Fire Blast is expected to be used as a 2 turn one hit knock out.

well the point is is that the accuracy just plainly sucks IMO if you want to do a 2hko. though you are right saying that flamethrower usually doesn't cut it.

Blast has 85% chance to hit.
I take it that Megahorn sucks, too, then.

Also, as mentioned, Blast usually takes 1 less hit than flamethrower to ko.
15% chance is not so high for you to miss,
and even if you miss once, you're still equal to flamethrower - will take 3 hits then instead of 2.

Leafeon has 5 weakness.
I DOUBT she has the time to set up something as crappy as Sunnyday.
Solar Beam? She will do almost DOUBLE damage with physical attacks.
Not to mention, Solar beam will need set-up while Leaf Blade can do in that time more damage.

Even over time, in the 5 turns of Sunny Day,
you will get MORE from Leaf Blade [by about 50 or so damage]
due to the set up turn.

Lastly, in those 5 turns, Leaf Blade will, theoretically,
critical once [25% chance] and so it completely outdamages Solar Beam.

And that's not even counting the fact that it's physical,
so it starts off as x2 stronger.
