I hav hoho but every time i go back to moltras zapdose or articuno they wont join my team and i dont know why......:confused:
can some1 plz tell me or i'll die.

Some pokemon have a low recruit ratio and so are harder to get. Some you can't catch on the first encounter.

The friend bow increases your chances, as does the level of your pokemon. The higher the better. Be sure your leader is the one to deal the winning blow, and that it is right next to the foe pokemon. And be sure to have the friend area for any pokemon that require it for recruiting or they won't join you. The 3 birds all share the same friend area. Oh, and make sure you do not go over the party size limit (6) or the pokemon will not be able to join. Hope this helps.

Yes, recruitment bonus depends on your level, with Lv < 29 getting none, Lv 30-39 getting 5%, 50's getting 10%, 70's getting 15%, and Lv90 or higher getting the max of around 25%.
