Need some Help in Colliseum

My Bro needs some help. He has beaten the first two adims. and he can't trade his pokemon form his Game Boy to his Colliseum. I just wondering what he has to do because I don't remember having any trouble trading and he is having alot of trouble. Thanks in advance.

You can only trade between PC and R/S AFTER you've defeated Evice at Realgram tower and seen the credits. At the end of the credits it will ask you whether you want to save your game. Say yes and you can then go to Phenac city's trading room beneath the pokemon centre and trade away.
