Is Golduck any good? He seems like he could do some interesting things. Plus it is the only Pokemon I know of that is is not an 00ber that has any effect on the weather (Cloud Nine ability for those who don't know).

Must Have Cloud Nine. Stop's Weather Based sweepers [Omastar, Exeggutor] and does a well job of sweeping itself, hypnosis to let you calm mind effectively, leftovers to restore lost health, Surf and Ice Beam for attacking moves
