I need some nice Special and Physical Sponges...can you guys/gals post a few decent/good sponges of each defense. Also try to keep away from like extreme OU...

Off-Topic Comment: Why did they give Rapidash good/decent Atk and a horrible movepool?!?!?!

Sorry, the best walls, Skarmory and Blissey, are both way OU. Ludicolo makes a good special wall, and for a physical wall Weezing, also semi-OU.

If you can use the lower 2 Tiers, Regice is great... Dusclops is pretty good too, I think. I don't suggest Shuckle though, because of the Water weakness.

Xxbattosaixx, the designers gave Slaking Truant so he shouldn't be 00ber. Think, it's the only hindering ability in the game, unless you count Illuminate or maybe Stench. Rapidash is just no good.

Weezing
Regice
Ludicolo
Deoxys-LG (many dont consider it 00ber because it doesnt really shine in anything but blocking... and 00bers are for smashing face...)
Mantine
Umbreon
Milotic
Tentacruel
Hypno
Suicune
Gardevoir
Snorlax
Slowking
Blastoise
Steelix
Aggron
Cloyster

Mantine
Hypno
Slowking
Blastoise
Aggron
Cloyster

I don't think so. Mantine/Aggron: 4X weaknesses make for bad walls.
As for the rest, having weaknesses to Special , Physical [Cloyster], and not having anything to do with the stalling [Hypno], makes me think they're not too good. Weezing/Skarmory/Blissey/Forretress work because they have no weaknesses in what they're supposed to resist.

Also, you can't compare Blastoise/Ludicolo/Slowking's 100-110 BS to Skarmory's 140, or Blissey's 135, or Regice's [B]200.

Mantine is good when you know when to switch...
Aggron can survive more hits than you think, and then counter it back...
Blastoise can Mirror Coat almost anything (even a Zapdos' T-bolt which is the strongest one in the game next to a Soul Dew Latios')...
the strongest physical attacks that Cloyster is weak to either have a power of 70-75 or are not too accurate, or both...
Hypno can Calm Mind and swing with a strong Psychic attack...

Your almighty Regice is weak to fire ;o

Mantine: If you need to switch even against special attackers, I wouldn't consider it a good wall.
Aggron: Okay, I didn't know he could Counter.
Blastoise: How about something that Calm Minds, like Raikou/'Zam ?
Cloyster: Cross Chop. Also, his S.Defense is worse than any Special Wall besides Blissey's Defense, or any other Physical Wall's S.Defense.

Regice's Fire weakness isn't very bad. How many Fire-Types have good Special Attack and attacks ?

It isn't that you have to switch. I've had a Mantine take about 3 T-Bolts to go down...it had like 5 HP so the 3rd one doesn't count really but you know what I mean...
