My opinion of Apprentice Teep is a rather short one:

She's more or less essential for any aggro/rush deck, and can be excluded from most other types of decks (control, for example).

A 2 ATK/1 Health ally with elusive for the cost of 1 is definitely not too shabby.

Apprentice Merry is replacing Teep in a lot of Alliance decks that want to run minimal low-cost allies, but Teep still sees much play, especially alongside Merry in more rush-based decks. Although Untargetable is much better than Elusive, she's still worth a slot in those types of decks.
