Okay, I have three questions. Please answer me! ^.^

1.)Why did Li have to go?
2.)What was the name of the card that Sakura made and what is its power?
3.)What is the movie about?

1.) Li went back to Hong Kong because there was no further danger in Japan after Sakura changed all the cards and Eriol left.

2.) Watch the second movie. All is explained. Well, sort of.

3.) I assume you mean the second movie. Brief version: Li and Meling come back for a visit, and Sakura tries to figure out a way to confess her feelings. Meanwhile strange things start happening again and naturally Sakura and the gang need to figure out what it is.

I know the real actual answer to question 1. Li ran away scared after finding out I was Sakura's true protector. He didn't want another arm cut off so he vanished. Good riddance I say.

^^ Actually, CLAMP has a new series called Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE that does center around the now mid-teen Xiao Ran and Sakura. ^^ There are 3 volumes out so far. However, this series does not have ANYTHING to do with Card Captor Sakura. It's more of an alternate universe with tons of cameos by characters from other CLAMP series, though, once again, having nothing to do with the original stories.

Xiao is correct, but ran can mean many, many things. None of which are even close to his name. Now Syaoran's name means 'Little wolf', which is Xiao Lang is chinese. I just thought i would tell you that. ^.^

Cardcaptors was canceled off Kids Wb back in 2001, but can still be seen in Canada on Teletoon as well as Nickenloden in either Canada or Poland lol, I forget which.

Cardcaptor Sakura was actually on Toonami for awhile. Although I went out of the country to see my relatives for the first time. When I came back Cardcaptor Sakura was removed from Toonami lineup. I believe it was on Toonami for at least 3 weeks.

I've been wanting to read Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE but it probably wouldn't be as fun if I didn't see/read more of Clamp's stuff first because of all the cameos. Which is what I'm working on now.

eh, I liked season 2 of this show. Eli and the others were a great addition to the cast.

Actually the stuff with Eli (Eriol) is the third season. The dub screwed everything up by cutting and rearranging episodes. I think there weren't even half the number of episodes in Cardcaptors as there was in Card Captor Sakura. The first two seasons was Sakura collecting the cards. The second season ends with the Yue's judgement. The whole thrid and last season is with Eriol. Then the second movie wraps everything up. And so ends CCS.

Firefly is right about that. They freaking cut off the first 11 or so episodes and started with the appearence of Li. They tried to make Cardcaptor Sakura a Shonen and make Li the main character. They also cut off just about all the episodes that really focused on Sakura. Thats why it was changed to Cardcaptors. I really hate Li, Li can perish and burn up and die. MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! You ever wonder why you see alot of flashbacks about some cards that never seemed to appear in a dub episode. Hint deleted episodes. Anyways Li can Die!!! Man I need to see the unedited version.

Not to mention they cut out about every single interesting subplot, mostly "questionable" relationships: Yukito/Touya (my favorite Shonen Ai couple ever ^_^), Chiharu/Yamazaki (dub made them cousins), Shaoran/Yukito (dub made Shaoran afraid of Yuki or something), Tomoyo/Sakura, Sonomi/Nadeshiko (was Sonomi even in the dub?), Rika/Terada, etc, etc. They eliminated a lot of other little things that made the series so charming that I'm not going to go into.

Yup. They look very similar. And, by the way, his name is spelled "Seiichirou Aoki".

I hate what was done to Card Captor Sakura to make Cardcaptors. Touya and Yukito are great together and it <pojo ownz><pojo ownz><pojo ownz><pojo ownz>es me off that whenever I think of Tomoyo, I accidently call her "Madison". -.-

I would not buy the second movie if you haven't seen/read pretty much the whole series. If you have, go for it. Also, I wouldn't get the first movie... I saw it and wasn't very impressed.

Part of the reason why I want to get it is because Touya is voiced by Tomokazu Seki. ^__^

That's the first movie.

The second CCS movie is basically the ending of the whole series. It's really good, but if you haven't seen a lot of CCS (or at least most of the 3rd season and the last couple eps) it probably won't be very enjoyable and it probably won't make much sense either. But if you have deffinately go for it. It's a great ending to an great series. Not only is the movie great, but the dub is actually very good. If only the whole series had been dubbed like the 2nd movie. :( *sigh* Wishful thinking . . .

I accidentally read a damn review which spoiled the ending. Clamp must of brainwashed Sakura or something!!! Ummm anyways on with topic. I doubt I'll go buy the movies, buy I plan on buying the first manga volumes or dvds of Cardcaptor Sakura. Maybe some others sometime in the future, or use my female friends who like anime to buy them so I can borrow, heh. O_o Quite strange that I don't own any mechandise out of these years liking Card Captor Sakura.

I saw the whole first season of Cardcaptors a long time ago... But I've read the 12 books of the manga now, so I think I'm set. But boy, I really did love Cardcaptors when it was popular. Sakura, Julian (Yukito), Madison (Tomoyo), Tori (Touya), Li... Good times, man. ;)

Scarily enough, I still hear Sakura and Syaoran's dub voices in my head when I read the manga...

I think all of the pairings are two way except Tomoyo's feelings for Sakura and Sakura and Li's for Yukito. I love all the unconventional couples in this series! And I liked how Mei Ling wasn't in the manga. Overall I prefer the manga, but the ending to both the anime and the manga was very sweet.

And everyone should read Tsubasa. It's my favourite manga. Finding out Syaoran's name means little wolf just made my day!
