Im not so sure about having Hydro Pump on, basically because the lack of PP and accuracy. Dragon Claw i'll think about though, as it gets STAB etc. Thanks.

Tyranitar

Nature: Quiet
Item : Leftovers

Basic Boah. Since you have Two Special attacks, I would suggest putting a lot more Ev's into Sp. Atk (subtracting from ATK). If you are using him as a loner, then put a lot into Sp. ATK...else, half and half.
Try this set:
Tyranitar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 20 Atk / 48 Spd / 188 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Substiture
- Focus Punch
- Crunch
- Thunderbolt
Aerodactyl
Attacks: Double Edge, Rock Slide, Aerial Ace, Earthquake
Nature: Jolly
Items: Choice Band
EV: 4 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPD
Standard Aero. as well. Use HP Flying (without losing Speed EV's) over AA.
Skarmory
Attacks: Drill Peck, Roar, Spikes, Rest
Nature: Impish
Item: Leftovers
EV: 252 HP/ 64 ATK/ 192 DEF
Another Standard Skarmory.
Blissey
Attacks: Seismic Toss, Thunder Wave, Aromatherapy, Softboiled
Nature: Bold
Item: Leftovers
EV: 252 HP/ 252 DEF/ 4 SP DEF
You'll be screwed against Ghosts. Make it's trait Serene Grace, replace Thunder Wave with THunder (not thunderbolt, trust me) and Seismic Toss with Ice Beam (or HP Water for Tyranitar). Then, take those EV's out of HP (which are useless anyway) and put them into Sp. ATK.
Salamence
Attacks: Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Flamethrower
Nature: Adamant or Jolly
Item: Lum Berry
EV: 4 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPD
Never use Adamant or Jolly with a Sp. ATK. Use Naughty or Naive instead.
Naughty if you're confident, Naive to be on the safe side. Seriously consider Fire Blast over Flamethrower to score more than 53% to Skarmory.
Swampert
Attacks: Curse, Rest, Earthquake, Ice Beam
Nature: Impish
Item: Chesto Berry
EV: 252 HP/ 4 ATK/ 252 DEF
Good ol' Curspert.
Thanks i guess =\

Fixes in Quotes. Even for persoal play (Battle Frontier, friends), these should work very well.
Though, (no real offense), you don't score points for originality or teamwork.

He's new to competitive battling, it's fine :p
Tyranitar: Shift all of that attack into special attack. Crunch/thunderbolt are your primary attacks. Focus punch is just for special walls that try to get in your way. You can use some speed if you want to outrun weezing/blissey, but that's all its useful for. You'll want at least enough to outdo blissey (147+ speed).
Aerodactyl: HP flying over aerial ace. Set all IVs to 30 except leave speed at 31.
Skarmory: Looks fine, although you might want to try out substitute on skarmory.
Blissey: Make sure you have a good gengar counter, or give her ice beam. Or, you can go wildace's way, which is a lot of fun btw. It's priceless to OHKO a gyarados with blissey.
Salamence: Fire blast over flamethrower. You can leave it adamant if you use fire blast, cause it will 2HKO regardless.
Swampert: Seems fine

lmao
Most of your team are physical attackers. Perhaps replace one of them with a special attacker, such as Suicune, Raikou, Zapdos, etc

Er... Skarmbliss is on the team, isn't that obvious? :\
Excallion: You really should shift those attack EVs on T-tar to special attack... Otherwise any bulky water, zapdos, or just a lot of stuff can come in, and laugh at your poor special attack.
