yes you can with dual slot functions.dont you get pal park this way

No you can't.

You can import Pokemon from Ru/Sa/Em/Fr/Lg to D/P but you cannot trade them back to the 3rd gen games.

Also they dont just get imported straight to you, you have to go out and find them in the pal park and catch them, but it will be exactly the same pokemon as you transfered...oh and you can only transfer 6 per day.
