effect: during the start of a players turn, that players shuffle his deck.

effect: shuffle your shields and put it again in the shield zone.
flavored text: Now thats a dry spin!!! -Tropico
( good after changeing your shield on turn two, and shuffle it on turn 3, so that your opponent cant tell which card you have put in the battle zone)
