Where do you get timers?

I can get any In-Game Pokemon I want very easily. I cloned Master Balls with the cloning glitch. If the Pokemon I caught isn't a good nature, I will keep catch it until I get the right nature. My Rayquaza is LV100 Adamant nature fully EV trained in ATK and SPEED. It only took me a few days to train it to LV100 and if I don't feel like training I clone Rare Candies! After I finish EV train of course.

You get Timer Balls in Rustboro city market.

How do you glitch in Ruby?

You can't, it's only in Emerald. It's a natural glitch, so you don't need cheating devices that can mess up your game. It's only in Emerald because the glitch happens in the Battle Frontier. There's a saving disorder, so when you save at the Battle Tower in the frontier, you basically save at 2 places so your Pokemon you want to clone is in your party and in your PC.

Glitches aren't a means to cheating. They are simply methods of accomplishing what you want that were discovered by other smart players.

Anyways, Rayquaza is indeed a pain to catch. The best ways are to use Banette w/ Spite and take down it's PP, OR use Trick and transfer a Focus Band to it (with Alakazam, Grumpig, or Mr. Mime) and then switch into something (Aggron) that can take hits from Outrage, Fly, and Extreme Speed. After that, bust out Thunder Wave (which Aggron can learn :)), take it's health down, and Ultra or Timer Ball away.

Edit: I have actually caught a Lv. 70 Groudon that was at Full Health and NON-statused with a GREAT Ball!!!
So it's also about luck.

Hate to say this, but Rayquaza's pretty... easy... to catch. I caught mine in the past with Master Balls, but there have been one or two I caught with Ultra Balls... it was extremely easy...

It's based on luck, partially. Example-I caught Moltres on LeafGreen, level 50 or whatever, full health, with a pokeball. Example-I caught Mewtwo on Blue version, level 70, low health, with a pokeball.

Timer Balls are good too. Honestly, I don't think Rayquaza's worth your time. It's Uber, and they're just... stupid, to me.

If you really need to catch it though, try a pokemon with False Swipe, Taunt, and Thunder Wave(As long as one pokemon has False Swipe and Taunt, you can use another pokemon with Thunder Wave/Hypnosis/Spore)/Hypnosis/Spore. If the pokemon has a status condition, it is so much easier to catch. False Swipe helps out with getting the right damage done, because no matter what, it always leaves the opponent with at least 1 hit point. Taunt is to stop Rayquaza from resting. Try it like this-

Wild Rayquaza appeared
Player sent out (thunder waver)

Rayquaza used (whatever)

Player used Thunder Wave

Player switched to False Swiper

Player used Taunt

Player used False Swipe/other move

Player used Taunt

Player used False Swipe/other move

and so on and so forth. it works out aight. if you really need a good dragon type, get a Salamence, and breed it with a lvl 50 Gyarados that knows Dragon Dance and Hydro Pump(I think it has to be a male gyarados). Raise the Bagon you get to a Salamence, and make sure you have something along these lines for the moveset-

Salamence @ w/e
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: We'll leave those alone for now.
Lonely/Naughty/Hasty/Naive/Mild/Rash nature(has to be one of these!)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake/Rock Slide/Aerial Ace
- Hydro Pump/Rock Slide/Aerial Ace
- Fire Blast/Hydro Pump

The slashes mean that those are alternative moves. Example, you could have DD/EQ/HP/FB, or you could have DD/RS/AA/HP, or other things.

i looked up and caught a black rayquaza but it was tough the the best thing to do is use a pokemon with disable so take sleep away from him then paralyze him that's what i did .

I caught him. Mine is at lv 100. I used 1 ultra ball on him, no attacks no nothing and caught him. same with groudon, and i did the same with kyogre except with a net ball. I didn't know how i did it, but i did.

Seriously just get 50+ Great Balls, 80+ Pokeballs, and 50+ Timer balls and have at it.
I was stupid and wasted a master ball on it, but got another from my ruby game and cloned away.

But I used that strategy against one of the Regi, think Regirock, and caught him in my 23rd pokeball.

Make sure to weaken a little first and to save beforehand.

OMG... every Pokemon is mad easy to catch including Registeel, start learning.
Sorry for being rude, but I hate it when people don't know how Pokemon works.

exactly. It's not actually getting them, it's finding them.
I had to walk around rock smashing in Granite cave for 35 minutes before getting a Nosepass.

Also, I've got a box-full of Rayquaza right now. ^_^

I got a full box of Mew!^_^(I love the cloning glitch, which reminds me, I hope they don't erase the E4 glitch in the american DP)
