Second Summon

I saw in one site that the new mech in "Tactical Evolution" (the new booster)
is somethin' called "second summon"
can anyone tell me what is it?

Just a note, this should be in Japanese card discussion, not the OCG Deck section.

Whilst it's not entirely confirmed, the general belief is that Second Summon is when you summon a monster, then the next turn instead of summoning another monster, you 'summon' the first monster's effect. The Second Summon monsters start off as non-effect cards, then you can summon a powerful effect for them next turn.

You can only use the Second Summon on monsters which are denominated 'Dual'. The only known one so far is Hellkaiser Dragon, which starts off as a 2400 ATK LV6 Normal Monster, then next turn you can give it its effect (This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase).

Due to the fact that Dual Monsters have to work to get their effects, they will probably be quite powerful effects. Pretty nifty.
