Need Help

Can someone think of a good, in-game, easy to raise, fast pokemon that knows Follow Me. I'm trying to use Follow Me to ge around my Swampert's Focus Punch's drawback of flinching by making it where he's not hit before Focus Punch works.

Also could you help me with a single battle combo. I have a Linoone, Swampert, Crobat, Camerupt, and Clamperl on my team.

Clefairy, Furret, and Togetic all learn Follow Me by level-up. Furret has about twice as much base stat speed as the other two.

I know you said ingame, but if you have XD and cables there are three more pokemon that can learn Follow Me after purifying:

Mr. Mime 90 speed, Electrabuzz 105 speed, and Magmar 93 speed.

Uuh, why do you need SPEED with Follow Me? FM has a very high priority and would usually be used before any other move.
