I'm sorry for taking up your valuble time, but I keep hearing that the girl in Mossdeep City who sits by the space station's white rock will give you the item "Wish Tag". Is this a real item, and if it is, how do you get it and what's its effect?

No. I don't know what it is about that stupid Rock or the Space Center. They seem to spawn the wildest rumours----everything from a rocket launch trip to the Moon to unique items.

Anyways, like Shiny said, any rumors that have to do with Mosdeep are just that...rumors.

Hmm.... Seems that Mossdeep City is known for all its rumors just as much as its Space Station; I even heard a rumor one time from someone saying he caught a blue pikachu while surfing North of Mossdeep towards Shoal Cave. That was just a rumor.... right?
