Training for shelgon and vibrava

I need to know whats the best training for my shelgon and vibrava.My shelgon is level 45 (needs to be 50 for salamence) and my vibrava is 41 (45 for flygon)

Fast leveling and suyu i just got done defeating the elite 4 and my vibrava evolved

If you need fast leveling, I suggest fighting gyms again, if you have Emerald, or training at the Sky Pillar.

Go East [right] from Pacifalog Town after defeating the Elite 4. On Pokenav, route 131 consists of 3 blocks (taps of the arrow button). It's in the relative location of the middle block (tap) to the North behind a couple of those rock barriers with a swimmer (female, I believe) doing laps around it.
