I'd offer you some suggestions but Near pretty much covered it all. If you need any more moveset help, try this website: www.smogon.com
Sneasel: I believe lens is banned.
You're kidding, right? Scope lens banned?

My bad, I guess I may have mixed it with Brightpowder.
Anyways, there's no such thing as banned, only some people refuse to battle those "hax" items.
And this is most likely in-game anyways.

Ohhhh Okay, gotcha. I was a bit confused there, cause I was under the impression that all items were allowed. So scope lens and brightpowder are treated like double-team/OHKO's? Figures, those people whine about every little last thing... Next thing you know they'll call thunder and blizzard hax moves because they are not 100% accuracy... lol.

'Tis indeed.
Why Taunt for Serris?
'Tis indeed.
Why Taunt for Serris?
Because it's a great move, although in-game I wonder.
It blocks stuff that will stop your rampage, meaning Toxic, or worse,
Will-o-Wisp.
Venny:
The main banned items are Quick Claw, Focus Band..
Brightpowder too I guess.

Psychic
Night Shade/Faint Attack/Fire Punch/Destiny Bond
I'd go with Hypnosis/Destiny Bond/Ice Punch/Thunderbolt or something along those lines, possibly throwing in Will-o-Wisp.
Sneasel(Thade)
Jolly@Scope Lense
EV's: Atk, Spd
Aerial Ace
Shadow Ball
Brick Break
Swords Dance
Hum... I guess this could work, but Sneasel has bad defenses.
Charizard (Jelly Bean)
Modest@Lansat Berry
EV's: Sp. Atk, Spd
Outrage
Protect
Heat Wave
Seismic Toss
I'd suggest taking out Seismic Toss, Outrage, and Protect, for Belly Drum/Earthquake/Substitute, or something of the like. If you really need a special Zard though, probably go with Flamethrower(better accuracy than Heat Wave and only 5 points different base damage)/Dragon Claw/Substitute/Focus Punch. These are ingame movesets, bear in mind. SubPunching is fun, and if you run across something you can't do damage to with Fire/Dragon moves, go with the FP.
Gyarados (Serris)
Adamant@Lum Berry
EV's: Spd, Atk
Earthquake
Body Slam
Dragon Dance
Hydro Pump
If you can get Hidden Power [Flying] on this thing, that's awesome. HP: Flying/EQ/Dragon Dance/Taunt is a basic set, but I like your idea here. I'd go with a Lonely nature, EQ/DD/Fire Blast(if this is ingame, just keep it the way it is)/Taunt.
Ninjask
Careful@Leftovers
EV's: Spd, Atk
Shadow Ball
Dig
Swords Dance
Silver Wind
Dig's not good. The main Ninjask to use is the Baton Passer. Baton Pass/Swords Dance/Silver Wind/Substitute. With the Speed Boost thing, you gain speed each turn, and with Swords Dance, you can increase your attack. Duh. Ok, that's where Baton Pass comes in. When you use it, the stat increases that you've made for your ninjask will stay in play, meaning that whatever pokemon you swap Ninjask with will have those stat boosts. It's a lot of fun to get +6 speed boosts on a Marowak.
So, what do you think of it?:)
I don't think very much of it, meaning it's not too great, but that's expected. Trust me-a lot of players have trouble with movesets. I certainly do. I really hope this helps out at least a little bit-
-good luck :)

Gengar: Destiny Bond rocks, but most people can now see it coming and decide to stat up instead. So, counter that with WoW, Toxic, or Hypnosis. Night Shade sucks...can't hit normals. Focus Punch Gengar is also pretty sweet and can catch a lot of things off guard. [If you combine FP with Nightshade, you can convice the opponent that you're gonna use Night Shade. Then when they switch into that Blissey, BOOM, Focus Punch.]
Sneasal: Too weak IMO. Just wait for Weavile to come out in DP.
Charizard: Try this one...my favorite:
Charizard @ Petaya Berry
Timid Nature
EV: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 Sp. ATK
-Endure
-Sunny Day
-Flamethrower
-Overheat
I know 2 fire moves seems redundant, but trust me, it can OHKO Suicune!!!
Gyarados: Since it's in-game, I don't recommend Taunt. Hydro Pump on him sucks (especially without EV Support). For fun, just give him Rest + Chesto.
Ninjask is too fragile and initially too weak to be a sweeper. Standard BPer works just fine...until DP...

Actually, the Sneasel and Ninjask w/shadow ball were to clear the way of Psychic types. You see, I can handle fine against any thing else (or at least, I have so far in Battle Tower Lv 50...), but when it came to Psychic types, nothing that had enough firepower was quick or durable enough to make it out of the battle alive, and nothing fast enough on the draw had the fire power to beat them down (mainly, Alakazam and Starmie).
Oh, and a question for Ninjask with Sub: Is the substitute intended to survive multiple turns, or is it just a way to stay alive while "fueling up the speedometer"? I wondered that because Ninjask's defenses (no offense, ole' pal...) aren't really 4 star.... or 2 star for that matter....
But that's just my opinion.
Don't worry about it.;)
